A proper club for N.I. at last:
Shine Productions are pleased to announce the opening of their new multi purpose entertainment venue, The Stiff Kitten. Both the Club/Venue and bar aim to offer something new to Belfast: the ability to enjoy real music in pleasant surroundings and be served quality drinks by friendly, polite staff.
The venue has gone through extensive renovations and there are three main areas in The Stiff Kitten's modular design, each with its own unique identity (and also the ability to work seamlessly together). The main and public bar is at all times free in and serves a diverse range of drinks, with Belfast's finest djs at the weekend (and perhaps the odd surprise international guest!!!). The second bar or 'Blue Room' is a more modern, edgy environment and will act as a lounge for the club aswell as extension to the front bar and room available for private hire in it's own right. The third area is the club, specifically designed with the quality of any musical experience in mind. The club hosts Ireland's first Funktion 1 Dance Stacks, which provide a superlatie audio experience. Alan and Phil from Shine Productions went to the F1 factory and met the owners in order to specify the precise audio requirements for the club and the venue at large (all rooms feature a Funktion 1 system). Couple this with installation by industry leaders Locksley Associates and what we are left with is an audio experience of the highest possible calibre The club is perfectly proportioned to host all types of musical acts from live bands through to DJ's and we hope you'll like it as much as we do.
